Instructor for massage at the Nashua Community College 2008 - 2020
As far back as I can remember, I love using my hands to knit, garden, renovate, cook (and eat) and of course for massage. Massage allows me to stay curious and to continue to learn every day.
Cranio Sacral Therapy training - which is ongoing - as well as Tom Myers' 'Anatomy Trains' and the Esalen Style of massage were the biggest influences on my massage style.
Fascia releases are profound - listening to the body and allowing its fascia unwind in its own dance is simply powerful and wonderful: your body leads the way!
